Exquisitely Decorated Celtic Tribal Chief's Ring -

This authentic ancient celtic bronze ring was found at a site in Ancient Thrace where the Celtic tribes held sway until they were subdued by the Romans and dates from between 300BC and 100AD.  It features a large 12mm round bezel which is thick and sits about 6.5mm above the finger! The bezel has one of those "Geometric" Celtic Swirl patterns that developed from Greek "key work" patterns. There are also some “movement” lines that flank the center swirl.

This ring has been professionally cleaned to almost its original lustre.
