Authentic Ancient Byzantine silver ring with a large bezel measuring 23mm in diameter circa 6th to 10th century AD.

This is truly a remarkable ring in that it has a very unique design that reflects the Byzantine Empire at the height of it's greatness. The band has a type of design that resembles nails going across it; very unusual! The design actually reflects the glory of Jesus Christ and his victory over sin and death! This would be a great addition to any ancient collection and the fact that this ring is silver is a great bonus as well for many collectors as most were made of bronze. It is also completely wearable and sits beautifully on the finger.

The Byzantine Empire was great militarily, but what made them unique was their stand for Christianity without reservation.
